Full 8 week Effortless Parenting Evening Course Autumn 2019

Together, we talk about practical ways how to give our children the sense of ‘belonging’ and significance to grow into confident, happy and compassionate beings. 

We learn about numerous concepts on how to become a proactive parent and practice tools like:

- using the language of encouragement and empowerment

- validating feelings

- exploring alternatives & problem solving

- sibling rivalry 

- replacing rewards and reward charts 

- facilitating family meetings plus many more.

€80 per person, or €150 per couple.
